Paul Gregory - Gregory Law Firm, PLLC.

Paul is a born and raised Arkansan, growing up in Foreman, a small town in the southwest corner  of Arkansas. Paul attended Texarkana Community College and Cossatot Community College of  the University of Arkansas before finishing his undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University  – Texarkana. At Texas A&M University – Texarkana Paul focused on Political Science, was a  member of Phi Theta Kappa National Honor Society, and a charter member of Alpha Chi Honor  Society. Paul graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A.A.S. in December 2012. 

After undergraduate school, Paul was accepted to the University of Arkansas School of Law in  Fayetteville in 2013. In law school Paul was a member of the Business Law Society, the  Federalist Society, and a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. In his first year in law  school Paul earned an “Outstanding Oral Argument” award and was a finalist in the Board of  Advocates Client Counseling Competition, and later in his law school career, competed in the  Board of Advocates Trial Competition. Paul learned transactional law while serving in the law  school's Transactional Clinic, where he assisted nonprofit organizations in all areas of their start  up. Paul also served as a Student Coordinating Attorney for the Transactional Clinic, a position  offered to students who have completed the Clinic with exceptional work and service performed.  Paul also served in the Bankruptcy Clinic assisting debtors to file for protection under Chapter 7  of the Bankruptcy Code. Paul finished his law school career as an “early graduate,” graduating in  December of 2015. Paul went on to pass the bar exam in 2016. Most recently, Paul earned a 4.0  GPA in obtaining his Master of Business Administration degree. 

Shortly after graduating law school Paul joined the Nixon Law Firm as a law clerk. After passing  the bar exam, Paul remained with Nixon Law Firm in the position of Associate Attorney, and  prior to his departure from the firm, Paul was managing the firm's office in Siloam Springs, AR.  Paul's areas of practice include: debt settlement and bankruptcy; transactional law; family law; estate planning; real estate law, contracts, business law, and civil litigation. In 2019, Paul joined  Rainwater, Holt, & Sexton's social security disability team where he represented clients in  obtaining their social security disability benefits. Now, Paul is a solo practitioner serving clients  in the greater NWA area. 

Paul is licensed to practice in all state courts of Arkansas, the Federal District Courts of the  Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and the United States Bankruptcy Courts of the  Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. Paul is also a licensed Mediator for civil and probate  matters in the State of Arkansas. Paul is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, Benton Co.  Bar Association, and Washington Co. Bar Association. 

Paul volunteers his time with state and national nonprofits who focus on chronic medical  conditions, specifically bleeding disorders. Currently, Paul does pro bono work for the  Hemophilia Foundation of Arkansas. Paul has sat on the Board of Directors for the National  Hemophilia Foundation in New York. Paul has worked both on the state and federal level to  bring affordable health care to those with chronic medical conditions and disabilities. Paul is a  past Director on the Board for Mainstreet Siloam; and currently sits on the Board of Directors for  the Chamber of Commerce for the City of Siloam Springs. 

Paul has been married to the love of his life, Toni, for 34 years. Paul and Toni have two children,  and four grandchildren. When Paul has spare time, he enjoys playing golf, tennis, fishing, and  loves watching documentaries and reading about anything involving history, with specific  interest in American Colonial history and pre-civil war political history.
